A Message of Hope: “God Will Do It Again”
Renowned Brazilian gospel singer Michelle Nascimento is set to invigorate the music scene with her latest project, a trilingual EP titled “God Will Do It Again,” released on October 11, 2025. This new work, featuring songs in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, follows her ongoing mission “Ele Veio” (“He Came”), which has taken her across Brazil to spread a message of hope, faith, and revival.
A Legacy of Gospel Music
Born into the heart of one of Brazil’s most influential gospel music families, Michelle Nascimento has carved out a significant career of her own. The daughter of producer Tuca Nascimento and sister of singer Gisele Nascimento, she is also the niece of gospel icons Mattos and Rose Nascimento. This rich musical heritage has shaped her powerful and engaging interpretive style.
A Truly International and Collaborative EP
The “God Will Do It Again” EP is a multicultural project defined by its remarkable collaborations with North American artists and producers. The four tracks showcase a blend of languages and musical talents:
- “Again”: The English-language title track was co-written by Nascimento and American artist Felisha Paz. It was produced by Michael DiMarco (BeatsByUni) and mixed originally in Texas by Tim Anzaldua, and a remix by her brother, Michel Nascimento.
- “Ele Veio”: A Portuguese track that connects back to her touring mission, this song was written by Michelle and produced by her father, Tuca Nascimento.
- “Eres Todo Para Mí”: This Spanish-language song is a partnership with North American producer and singer Kayro La R, and it was also and produced in Texas.
- “God Will Do It Again” (Bonus Track): This song, which shares its name with the EP, was composed and produced by Michelle herself with elements from the track “Again“, with mixing and remixing handled by her brother, Michel Nascimento.
This project is part of a productive period for the singer, who has been actively creating new pop-pentecostal and congregational songs, all of which she has authored. She has been working alongside her father at their Canto de Vitória studio in Rio de Janeiro.
Nascimento’s career, which began at the age of 21, includes a series of impactful albums such as “Louve e Adore,” “Batalha Contra o Mal,” and “Desafio no Deserto.” She is also a member of the Trio Nascimento, alongside her sister Gisele and cousin Wilian Nascimento.
